SS304 Stainless Steel Channel
Stainless steel channel steel is a type of steel made of stainless steel with a groove shaped cross-section. Its cross-sectional shape is groove shaped. It is divided into two types: ordinary channel steel and lightweight channel steel. The model and specification are usually expressed in millimeters as waist height (h) x leg width (b) x waist thickness (d). For example, 120 × 53 × 5 channel steel represents a channel steel with a waist height of 120 millimeters, leg width of 53 millimeters, and waist thickness of 5 millimeters, also known as 12 # channel steel. For channel steel with the same waist height, if there are several different leg widths and waist thicknesses, a, b, c, etc. need to be added on the right side of the model to distinguish them, such as 25A #, 25B #, 25c #, etc. The specification range of channel steel is 5-40 #.
Corrosion resistance: Stainless steel channel steel can stably exhibit excellent corrosion resistance in air or chemical media, and is therefore widely used in humid and highly corrosive environments.
High strength: Stainless steel channel steel has high strength and can withstand large loads, making it suitable for various load-bearing components and connectors.
Beautiful and elegant: Stainless steel channel steel has a smooth surface, is not easy to contaminate, is very hygienic to use, and has a good appearance effect.
Long service life: Stainless steel channel steel has a long service life and can meet the needs of various complex environments.
304 stainless steel is a common material in stainless steel, with a density of 7.93 g/cm ³; Also known as 18/8 stainless steel in the industry, it means containing over 18% chromium and over 8% nickel; High temperature resistance of 800 ℃, with good processing performance and high toughness, widely used in industrial and furniture decoration industries, as well as food and medical industries. However, it should be noted that food grade 304 stainless steel has stricter content indicators compared to ordinary 304 stainless steel.
● Composition: 304 stainless steel, also known as 18/8 stainless steel in the industry, contains over 18% chromium and over 8% nickel. Some food grade 304 stainless steels require a chromium content of 18% and a nickel content of 8%, allowing for fluctuations within a certain range and limiting the content of various heavy metals.
● Physical properties: The density is 7.93g/cm ³, the melting point is 1398-1454, and it has weak magnetism. After cold processing such as stretching and stamping, the magnetism will become stronger.
● Mechanical properties: It has good processing performance and toughness, as well as high tensile strength and hardness. At the same time, it also has good corrosion resistance and heat resistance, and can be used in the temperature range of -196~800.
