Product Introduction

S22053 (022Cr23Ni5Mo3N) is a corrosion-resistant stainless steel, particularly suitable for equipment in chloride environments. It has a narrow composition range and is one of the most commonly used steel grades in duplex stainless steel. S22053 can not only be formed by cold and hot processing, but also has good welding performance. It can be used as a structural material to replace traditional 304 and 316 stainless steel applications.

Corrosion Resistance Performance

● S22053 stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance, especially in various corrosive environments

● Antioxidant properties: It can form a stable oxide film at high temperatures, effectively preventing further oxidation.

● Resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion: Excellent in environments containing chlorides.

● Stress corrosion cracking resistance: It is not easy to occur stress corrosion cracking under high temperature and high pressure conditions.

● Resistance to intergranular corrosion: The intergranular corrosion performance has been improved by adding nitrogen elements.

S22053 has a wide range of applications in various fields
